Welcome to my site. My name is Efrat, and I am a life coach dedicated to promoting transformation and harmony in the lives of my clients. I see coaching as an opportunity to awaken possibility and awareness in others, not by having the right answers – but by asking the right questions. I live in Houston TX with my husband and son, and coach women in the United States and abroad.

Throughout my life I have always followed my passions, combining my profession with the things I am most enthusiastic about. I received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2002. For 10 years I was self-employed as a dance instructor and professional dancer. In this capacity, I performed in front of thousands of people and taught hundreds of women to move in harmony; empowering them through dance and watching their lives being transformed.

In 2005, I discovered life coaching and realized that is how I could best use my experience and my interest in people's lives and dreams. I trained as a professional life coach at "Emotion", a school for life and business coaching located in Israel. Coaching empowered me with tools to help you create the life you want to live.
